  Baotu Spring, declared as No. 1 Spring Under the Heaven by Emperor Qianlong in Qing Dynasty, is located in Jinan city. The name of the spring refers to the gushing up of the water. The water jets from the spring are said to have reached highs up to 26 meters. And its temperature keeps constant of 18℃ through the whole year.
